Diana Seo
Diana Seo is the founder and president of Collagen Bar, a medical aesthetic and skincare clinic, with locations in Westchester and NYC.
Diana has over fifteen years of combined experience in the health, medical and beauty fields. She started her career as a researcher/technologist in the Cytogenetics Department at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. She then enhanced her understanding of skin aesthetics working for one of the most notable plastic surgeons in the world, Dr. Charles Thorne, the editor-in-chief of the “Grabb and Smith’s Plastic Surgery” textbook.
Diana received her aesthetician license and ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) certification from the Atelier Esthétique Institute of Esthetics. Her Skin Specialist and Facial Electrical diplomas are recognized in over thirty-nine countries. She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Biophysics and minor in Chemistry and Mathematics.
Diana collaborates and works with the most notable and award winning surgeons in the world. They include Dr. Nicole Nemeth, Dr. Kevin Tehrani, Dr. Jonathan Sherwyn and Dr. Kathryn Alcarez.
Dr. Kathryn Alcarez
is a Manhattan-based, Internal Medicine Physician and has a combined 14 years of experience and specialized training in Aesthetic Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Preventative Medicine. She is the founder and Medical Director of Aesthete Medical Wellness and Medspa.
Dr. Alcarez offers comprehensive aesthetic consultations that include botox for medical purposes like migraines and hyperhidrosis, botox and fillers for anti-aging, radiofrequency skin tightening (Inmode Optimas) and radiofrequency body contouring (Inmode Contoura and Cutera’s Trusculpt ID offered at the downtown location).
Dr. Jonathan Sherwyn
Jonathan Hilton Sherwyn, M.D., F.A.C.S. is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery - the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons.
Initial consultations are conducted with Dr. Sherwyn himself, not delegated to an assistant, for approximately one and one half hours in order to ensure a thorough discussion of each individual's desires, needs and goals.
Dr. Mamta V. Shah, M.D.
Dr. Mamta V. Shah, M.D., is a board-certified Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a West Associate. Born and raised in New York, she brings both local roots and academic excellence to her practice. Dr. Shah graduated magna cum laude and earned her MD at Boston University. She did an ophthalmology residency at SUNY Downstate and an advanced fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh.
As an oculoplastic surgeon, Dr. Shah specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical and non-surgical procedures of the eyelids and face. She delivers highly specialized care focused on both aesthetics and function.
Dr. Shah treats a wide range of conditions, including facial injuries, congenital abnormalities, tumors, and age-related changes. Her expertise includes eyelid and orbital reconstruction, implant surgery, correction of eyelid-position disorders, removal of growths, and restoration of critical ocular structures, along with aesthetic facial procedures.
Dr. Tejas Patel
Dr. Tejas Patel is a highly trained dermatologist who integrates general and cosmetic dermatology with cutting-edge technology to enhance skin appearance while treating underlying medical conditions. His clinical approach focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses both skin health and aesthetic goals.
Dr. Patel has extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, cysts, rosacea, hair loss, and psoriasis. He is specially trained in Mohs micrographic surgery, allowing him to provide precise and effective treatment for skin cancer. His advanced training ensures high cure rates while preserving healthy tissue and achieving optimal functional and cosmetic outcomes.
In addition to his medical dermatology credentials, Dr. Patel offers hormone replacement therapy and non-surgical and minimally invasive cosmetic treatments, including dermal fillers and neuromodulators, to reduce wrinkles and enhance facial features.
