Refund policy

At Collagen Bar NYC, we aim to provide quality products and services. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Products

• No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products once purchased.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted after review, and you may choose another product or service.
• No Refunds: Refunds are not issued; instead, store credits will be granted for eligible exchanges.
• Note: Consumers cannot exchange a service cost for a product.

Services

• No Returns or Cancellations After Consumption: Once a service has been provided or consumed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
• Booking Cancellations: Services that are booked can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• No-show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, 50% of the service fee will be charged.

• All exchanges are subject to review and approval.
• Refunds are not issued; only store credits are available for eligible exchanges.
